Refund Policy
1. No Returns on Alcohol Products

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any alcoholic beverages once they have been shipped or delivered. This policy is in place to comply with health and safety regulations.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Age Verification Failure
​
If delivery is refused due to failure to verify legal drinking age, the order will be cancelled without refund. It is your responsibility to ensure someone of legal age is available to accept the delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
